Learning from patients, for patients
Patients are at the centre of PHEM Feedback's work. Our tagline "Learning from patients, for patients" was chosen to demonstrate how important it is that our work translates to better patient care.
On July 2nd 2019 at 11am, Princess Alexandra Hospital and PHEM Feedback hosted a "Patients' Day" at Harlow Fire Station.
This was an opportunity for patients and their representatives from across the East of England and beyond to find out more about how PHEM Feedback is governed and how it uses confidential patient information to help prehospital care providers to learn from the patients they have already helped.
It was hosted by Ann Nutt who is chair of the Princess Alexandra Patient Panel.
