PHEM Feedback is excited to have developed the 'PHEM Feedback Facilitating Feedback Course' which all of our future PHEM Feedback Facilitators will attend.

Our courses cover the PHEM Feedback process, educational theory, how to deliver a high quality learning conversation and how to manage the educational and emotional consequences which a clinician may have following a challenging case.

We are proud to have had over 70 people attend this course. Courses are popular and are often oversubscribed.
