PHEM Feedback
Learning from patients, for patients
PHEM Feedback is a project which assists our ambulance and air ambulance colleagues with patient follow up.
PHEM stands for Prehospital Emergency Medicine and reflects the diverse group of professionals who provide care to patients in communities, at the roadside, at sea and in difficult terrain rather than within a hospital.
The PHEM Feedback service is provided by NHS clinicians who work within hospitals so that we can help share the knowledge and lessons which were learned from across a patient’s whole journey with the prehospital clinicians who contributed to that patient’s care before hospital.
Click to learn more about PHEM Feedback whether you are a member of the public, a prehospital clinician, part of a hospital team or an organisation exploring starting your own feedback project.
